Invitation Letter

Visa invitation letters will only be issued to participants who have completed full conference registration and full payment.

This invitation letter serves only as supporting documentation for visa application. It does not guarantee visa approval. 

 

Apply For Visa

It is strongly advised to apply for your visa 6-8 weeks prior to your planned travel date. Visa processing times vary significantly among different Chinese Embassies and Consulates. Please arrange your schedule accordingly.

 

Certain nationalities may qualify for Unilateral Visa Exemption Policy, 240-Hour Transit Visa Exemption Policy or Bilateral Mutual Visa Exemption when travelling to China.
